  Walked in and stood at the counter for 3mins while the guy at the desk looked after phone calls. Another fella came out to ask a question, which was no problem for the guy on the phone to help with.... but no one did so much as acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for help. So i wandered around the shop for a bit with no help and decided to leave. No biggie... it's not like they flipped me the bird or anything, but i came in to buy a pair of tyres and felt uncomfortable enough to leave. The owners or other potential customers can take what they want out of this, but i went around the corner to City Discount Tyres, was greeted cheerfully and had my choices explained clearly without a lot of bias. So I bought a whole set of Falkens for my Mazda 6 Luxury Sports. In retrospect, and as a business owner myself, it reminds me of how important a first impression is!

  Top bunch of guys that work here! Took our new car in to have a screw pulled out of the tyre.. the guys sorted it within 20 minutes and we were on our way! Highly recommend these guys! Jason helped us and service was top notch! 40 bucks for everything!
