    Courtesy lift to Freo & pick up later when service was completed, was very much appreciated as was the careful young driver .

    Extremely poor customer service.
    I would think long and hard before purchasing from this yard. Poor customer service and a complete lack of knowledge.
    The new people Prestige Honda who have taken over as just as bad as the previous people.
    They take no responsability for anything they do and certainly have no real willingness to help.
    From my experience the best Renault dealer.is Wanneroo Renault,
    There you will find a team that is well versed with Reno and extremely knowledgeable.

    I’ve had a great experience recently at Renault Melville. The new team that is taken over seems to actually care about the customer and they provided me with great service in a timely manner.

    Stay away! I bought 3 cars from this dealer which was all good, until my Renault Megan who JUST come out of warranty had a problem with releasing the gear stick in the Park position.
    Took it back to them, they said it's out of warranty so i will have to pay for the repairs. $160 to check what the problem is, and i agreed as i understand they will need to spend time on diagnosis. i get a call from Ashley saying it is the gear stick that needs replacement, cost is $800 however they do not have any in Australia, so they kept my car parked in their garage for 5 weeks, until the part arrived. I get a call from Ashley again saying the car is ready to go. I go pay for the repairs then pick up the car, get home, the same problem is occurring again. I call Ashley he says to me that i should bring it back to the dealership so they can have a look at it. 2 days later he says it is a valve that is not operating well, will cost a $1000 to repair, however he cannot guarantee that it will fix the problem, and that it will be trial and error!!! i asked what about the new gear stick which i already paid for and abviously wasn't faulty, he replied: it's part of the process of elimination!!
    seriously these guys have no idea about Renault or haven't been trained to fix those cars. i have asked repeatedly to talk to their manager, but was refused, obviously a faceless business that do not have the courage to talk to customers.
    So I refused to proceed with the second round of experimentation on the car and went to pick it up, they ask me to pay for another $160 for checking the car AGAIN!! FOR CHECKING THEIR OWN FAULTY WORK!
    that's when i lost it and asked to speak to the manager, who i could see in one of the offices, but the guy made sure to keep his back turned.
    eventually i managed to get the car and they cancelling that $160 invoice, extremely rude and have no product knowledge.
    Shame on all of you guys at Melville Renault, Ashley you know how bad your service was, trying to avoid any questions that i had. telling me that any other repair shop will be doing the same.
    Since then i took the car to another mechanic, got the car fixed in a day cost me $230 and been working perfectly for 5 weeks now.
    I will never buy a car or service a car with them again and i warn everyone not to end up with a drama like mine. if i could give negative stars, then it's -5 from me.

    Absolutely appalling customer service from the parts Dept. I am a trade customer that ordered a transmission control module on Friday morning to receive a water pump with no invoice. Rang to inform I got the incorrect part with no invoice. They picked it incorrect and will get another out to me. Several phone calls I made and never got a call back I only just received the part today Tuesday customers car stuck on a hoist for 3 days.the Dept blaming the corier company. Never received the o-rings to go with part.Would never recommend this company to anyone.
